Every match gets a Matchday Call, our recommendation using the plan rules and features you selected for this pool. We publish a call as soon as we have enough to work with and keep it live from there, checking it continuously and updating it whenever new information or a shift in our own evaluation changes what we'd recommend.
Calls get more reliable as kickoff approaches, so we check them more often the closer we get, though a call may end up not changing at all. You'll see when we last checked at the top of the page. Set your check-in time, and any call that changes after it is tagged Updated.
Want to see how good you are, and what our calls add to the picks you'd make on your own? Flip on Challenge the Professor for a pool and enter your own picks. Use your own judgment, ask friends, consult an AI, whatever you normally do; we don't mind. Change them any time, and lock a match when you're ready to see our call for it, then use it in your pool if you want. Our call appears next to yours and updates as usual. At the Final Call TimeFinal Call Time — 15 minutes before kickoff. Until then you can enter and change your picks, and ours stays hidden until you lock a match. At FCT we lock ours too, and all picks lock. (FCT) we lock ours too. A matchday counts once all its games are filled. You can skip up to two matchdays, but not the semi-finals or the final. Skip more, or skip either of those, and you forfeit the Challenge.
